How do I play Kingolotto ?
First, you need to complete a very short registration form.
Then you can play by submitting 10 lottery grids per day, all FREE of charge.
Everyday, you can win great prizes finding the winning numbers!
You can also collect points directly redeemable for prizes.

Who can play Kingolotto ?
Kingolotto is currently open to people over 18, resident in the United-Kingdom only. Residents of other countries can play, but cannot win prizes on Kingolotto.co.uk
How do I win prizes ?
There is one daily draw:
- If you have 6 correct numbers, you win the car of your choice (worth £10,000).
- If you have 5 correct numbers, you win a £15 or £30 voucher
- If you have between 1 and 4 correct numbers, you win points (see rules) redeemable for prizes.
How can I use my points ?
You can redeem your points for prizes in the "Prizes" section of Kingolotto on the Home page
How long does it take to play Kingolotto ?
It is very quick! It will take you less than 5 minutes to complete your 10 Kingolotto grids
How many times a day can I play ?
You can play 10 Kingolotto grids a day. You can play one or several times a day until you've played all your 10 free lottery grids. But be careful! If you haven't played all your grids one day, they are lost! You get to play 10 new free grids each day.

How does the "Tell-a-Friend" programme work ?
Invite your friends to join Kingolotto and win loads of points per friend referred. All you need to do, is click on the "Tell-a-Friend" link and enter your friend's e-mail address. Once your friend has registered, you will receive your points on your account.
How can I redeem my points for prizes ?
You can redeem your points for prizes in the "Prizes" section of Kingolotto. It is very simple. Just select the prize you want to have and submit your request. Then, you will receive confirmation e-mail and your prize will be sent to the address that was listed on your profile at the time of winning (please keep your details accurate and up to date!). You can check at any time the number of points you have won on Kingolotto in your "Account".

Why should I play 10 grids everyday ?
The more you play, the more you will increase your chances to win! Moreover, your 10th grid played offers you the chance to double your prize value on this last grid only! So don't miss the 10th grid and play 10 times a day for free.
How does Kingolotto select the winning numbers for the daily draw ?
Correct numbers are selected everyday by a random number software generator. It is a neutral automatically run system which is impossible for any party to influence or interfere with. It has been developed particularly for Kingolotto website.
Do I have a risk to receive spam or unwanted emailings ?
Absolutely not. As you may read in the Kingolotto Privacy Policy, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. We have obligations under the Data Protection Act 1998 regarding the collection, use and storage of your personal information. You are proposed to receive / or to refuse / offers from Kingolotto's partners when you register on Kingolotto. Therefore, unless we have your consent, we will not disclose your personal data to third party organisations, unless required by law. Furthermore, at anytime, you may unsubscribe from Kingolotto's partners offers or from news letters in the My account section. We make sure that the offers that you chose to receive, are relevant to you (for instance according to your interests and preferences.)
Possible technical problems
I can't register on Kingolotto.
Check that all the fields in the registration form are properly completed. If you have made a mistake a dialogue box will appear telling you which fields are incorrect. Remember: the "USER ID", "PASSWORD" and "PASSWORD CONFIRMATION" are emptied every time a field isn't filled in correctly. Don't forget to complete the fields again.
I can't connect or sign in on Kingolotto.
To connect to the website, your browser (for example: Internet Explorer) must accept cookies (see question 15: "How do I accept cookies ?"). After registering, complete the "USER ID" and "PASSWORD" fields with your e-mail address and password then click on "GO!".
I forgot my password.
Just enter your e-mail address in the "USER ID" box on the top right of the screen and click on "GO!" Then click on the "SEND" button at the centre of the screen. Your password will be sent to your e-mail address.
I can't play. Kingolotto does not work on my computer.
To play on the web site, your browser (for example: Internet Explorer) must accept cookies (see question 15 : How do I accept cookies ?"). After signing in, you may go the lottery grid. Pick 6 numbers out of 49. Confirm your choice which appears in the "Your selection" zone and click on a banner out of the 4 available. You can play up to 10 grids a day free of charge. I can't see the banners necessary to confirm my grid ?
In most cases, this is due to your pop-up blocker settings which are too tight Deactivate or adjust your filter settings to see the banners.
I don't always - or never - receive my confirmation emails.
Check that the e-mail address you entered at the time of registration is correct.
Be sure that when you have played and confirmed your grid, your selection is entered into our database. So even if you do not receive any e-mails with the results, your grids and points are still valid.
Finally, check that there are no e-mails from Kingolotto.com in your Junk Emails box.

How do I accept cookies (display problems) ?
Using Internet Explorer 6:
Open your browser, click on Tools, then on Internet Options.
Choose the Security tab, click on Advanced and a new window appears. Then move the pointer to Medium confidentiality level (default level when installing Windows).

Prizes, points, rankings and results
What can I do with my points ?
You can have great prizes with your points. Just go to the "Prizes" section and redeem your points for prizes.
How will I know if I have won prizes ?
Your results and/or winnings will be sent to the e-mail address you entered at the time of registration. If you do not receive this e-mail, you can check the daily winning numbers on the Kingolotto Homepage.
What time does the draw take place ?
The draw takes place every evening at midnight UK time. The next day, you will have 10 new FREE grids (they cannot be saved from one day to another) to win!
How long can I keep my points ?
There is no time limit. You can use them in the "Prizes" section any time.
I still haven't received the prize I won.
Kingolotto sends out hundreds of prizes each month as well as loads of vouchers. It may sometimes take time to be sent. However, we try to make delivery times as short as possible. Delivery time is currently a maximum of 90 days, as specified in our rules.
How will I receive my prizes ?
There is nothing to do. Your prizes will be sent to the postal address you entered at the time of registration. You will have to wait no more than 90 days to receive your prize.
Note: if your postal address is not correct, you may not receive your prize. You have one week from the date of winning to enter this information. To enter your information you should go to "My account" section.

"Top 30 Players" ranking notice: ho does it work?
The "Top 30 Players" ranking is valid over a short period which is mentioned on the top of the page. 30 players' names who have earned the maximum of points on this specific period of time are ranked.
IMPORTANT: don't be surprised if you have more points in your Account than the person who is currently ranked 1st on the "Top 30 Players". Indeed, it means you have collected fewer points than the first player who currently lead the "Top 30 Players" corresponding to a specific period of time. Only the total amount of points earned over the period of time of the ranking are taken into account. The ranking period is mentioned on the top of the page.

What can I do with my points?
You can redeem your points earned every day at daily draws & by recommending Kingolotto to your friends, directly for prizes. Check the prize list available.
How do I know about my winnings? How do we get results?
We will alert you regarding results/winnings sending you emails. If you see any problems to receive the daily results email, you can still have a look at www.Kingolotto.co.uk home page where results of yesterday's draw are displayed.
I'm not in the "Top 30 Players" ranking: why?
The "Top 30 Players" ranking is valid over a short period mentioned on the top of the page. 30 players' names who have earned the maximum of points on this specific time period are ranked. Only the total amount of points earned over the ranking period of time mentioned on the top of the page are taken into account. If you don't find your name, it's because you unfortunately don't have enough points at the moment. So keep on playing to win!
When do the draws take place?
Draws take place at the end of every ranking period of time, the last day at midnight.
What happens to my points at the end of a ranking period of time?
You keep the amount of points you earn over this period of time in the total amount mentioned in your account. You will never loose your points collected, except if you redeem them for prizes.
I did not receive the prize I won!
Kingolotto sends tons of prizes every month. It might be long to receive your winnings (prizes, vouchers), but we make sure every winner gets his due reward within a maximum of 90 days (see rules).
How can I boost my points ?
Some will ask how it is possible that the person ranked first at the "Top 30 Players" gets so many points so quickly. But the answer is simple... luck & patience. Don't forget that you earn 150 points finding 4 winning numbers at daily draws! So play every day your 10 free grids and get a great prize at the end of the quarter! How can I receive my prizes?
Your winnings (prizes, vouchers) will be sent at the postal address you entered when you registered on Kingolotto. You will receive it within a maximum 90 days after you won.

Once connected and signed in on Kingolotto, you may go to "My account" section. You will be able to access at any time a form to modify your personal data. Click on "Modify" to confirm.
